Want to Streamline Security Updates?

Are you tired of Searching through Security to reset a customers log in? (Currently, you have to go to Community > Security > Find Record > Click on Record)
How would you like to do it from the Contact Record? Simply do the following to streamline the process:

  1. Go to RiSE > Page Builder > Manage Content> ClientAcronym+Staff – (Navigate to Account Page Staff Content Page in Contact Management folder)
  2. Edit Account Page Staff > Click on Configure on Action Buttons
  3. Click Add on the Big Button Panel
  4. Add “Security” to the Link Text Field to name the Button
  5. Add ~/AsiCommon/Controls/Contact/User/UserEdit.aspx to the Link Text Field
  6. Add iUniformkey=@SelectedUser to the URL Parameter field
  7. Leave On Behalf Of Unchecked
  8. Click Save
  9. Click Ok
  10. Click Save and Publish

All Done, now you can look up the contacts using Find Contacts and click on the Security Button to reset their password or give them additional security levels.
