COVID-19 Response: Emergency Support Hours

As part of Ascension’s COVID-19 response, we have established an after hours Emergency Support Hotline in addition to our normal Support Line.
Ascension realized in the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic how hard our customers were working keeping your constituents informed on your activities during the crisis.
Combined with adjusting to a remote workforce, new challenges were requiring longer staff hours and therefore extended need for support.
As a result, we acted quickly to offer an after hours Emergency Support Hotline to ensure Ascension customers could reach us when it mattered most. This benefit is available to all Ascension customers at no additional cost and will continue until the COVID-19 pandemic subsides.

Monday – Friday: 6 pm CST to 10 pm CST

 

  • Submit Support Ticket to Support@ascension-lc.com or go to the Customer Portal at the following link: GET SUPPORT
  • Add “EMERGENCY” to the Subject Line of the email or Ticket Summary in the Portal, examples would include “EMERGENCY WEBSITE” or “EMERGENCY EMAIL”.
  • Call (866) 669-5105 dial Extension 11 for the Ascension After Hours Emergency Hotline, and you will be routed to the iMIS Expert on call for that evening.
